The state Department of Health (DOH) has shared with HCA the amount of monies that Licensed Home Care Services Agencies will receive from their contracted Managed Long Term Care plans if they qualify for the Quality Incentive Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) for April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
HCA is sending individualized notices to members who qualify informing them of their expected QIVAPP monies.
