The 2021 MLTC VBP Quality Measure Sets are now available on the state Department of Health (DOH) Value Based Payment (VBP) web page.
The 2021 VBP quality measure set for Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) was created in collaboration with the Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Clinical Advisory Group, a sub-team of the group, and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
The quality measure sets can be found under the VBP Quality Measures subheading and at the links below.
