About the Webinar Series

HCA and partners introduced this seven-part webinar series to home care and hospital providers in a presentation on September 3 (an archive of that presentation is here if you missed it).

The series is one part of our Statewide Collaborative, which is funded by the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation and led by HCA, the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) and Iroquois Healthcare Association (IHA) to encourage pre- and post-hospital partnerships through education, resources and technical support.

The series is free of charge and all session dates are posted here. Please save the dates and share with your staff.

September 17 Webinar with Northwell Health

Our first webinar on September 17 will present the workings of an exciting home care initiative pioneered by Northwell Health for people infected with COVID-19, so they can be treated effectively without having to go to a hospital.

The Northwell initiative has two main parts: a COVID Ambulatory Resource Support (CARES) program and the Coronavirus Related Outpatient Work Navigators (CROWN) program. Together they offer a way to treat people in the lowest-risk environment possible while also protecting hospital capacity.
