The state Department of Health (DOH) asked HCA to remind our Certified Home Health Agency and Hospice members that they need to complete the COVID-19 surveys on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Survey completion is also required even if one of those days falls on a holiday.
Survey reminders are sent out early on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and surveys must be submitted by 1 p.m.
