Join HCA Education and Research (E&R), Selfhelp Community Services and public officials on July 24 at 10:30 a.m. to see first-hand a powerful, interactive Virtual Senior Center (VSC) platform open for all home and community-based clients to enroll. Register for the webinar here.
Selfhelp has already achieved incredible outcomes offering the VSC to its own home and community-based clients. During the July 24 webinar, HCA E&R, Selfhelp and partners will introduce you to the VSC, describe some of its outcomes, and outline the process for your organization to assess patients who would best benefit from the platform and get them connected to the VSC.

Each new era in time is marked by certain distinguishing characteristics or features.
For health care, major top-down policy forces (like PDGM) or credos (like the “Triple Aim” and “Value Based Care”) traditionally influence those definitions. 2020, of course, has been totally different, with a global pandemic entirely reshaping home and community-based health care.
Overnight, this public health emergency has ushered new uses of patient-care technology, new care-planning and clinical procedures, new staff-and-patient safety measures and entirely new ways of thinking about our operations. It has also exacerbated long-standing issues and concerns, like recruitment and retention, that demand even greater attention.
How many of these changes will stick over the long term, what new changes are to come, and how can home and community-based organizations be the agents of our own change?
Join us to learn more and be a part of this enterprise by Forging a New Era in Home Care with HCA at our flagship forty-second annual conference, now virtual! Registration details are coming soon.
