The state Department of Health (DOH) will be discussing the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Attestation process at its next EVV Technical Assistance call on December 1. You can register for the call here.
HCA has received numerous inquiries about the process and requested that DOH devote time to reviewing this process.
As per the EVV Program Guidelines and Requirements, service providers and Fiscal Intermediaries are required to sign and submit an EVV Attestation which details their responsibilities on an annual basis. The form is submitted electronically at https://www.emedny.org/evv/.
