The Nassau County Department of Social Services (DSS), on behalf of Nassau County, is currently seeking proposals from qualified and experienced agencies authorized to do business in New York State for the provision of family support homemaker services.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the Nassau County Solicitations Board.
The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for the provision of program administration and homemaker service. DSS seeks a vendor for the provision of family support homemaker services for the purpose of maintaining normal household operations during periods of stress or crisis, or for the purpose of teaching homemaking skills and management to a parent or guardian in order to strengthen family life.
