The announcement of fiscal intermediary (FI) request for offers (RFO) awardees has again been delayed. The state Department of Health (DOH) had originally indicated that RFO awardees would get announced July 1, 2020 – and then changed that to July 17, July 24, July 31, and August 7.
DOH now says that the anticipated award announcement will be August 14, 2020.
As previously noted, the anticipated contract start date is still listed as “Upon Approval by the Office of the State Comptroller.”
Meanwhile, HCA advises members to review DOH’s “Transition Policy for Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs) and Consumers under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP).”
