The state Department of Health’s (DOH) December 9 meeting of the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) includes one application by an existing hospice to construct a new 14-bed inpatient facility in Dutchess County that will serve residents of Dutchess and Ulster counties, according to the recently posted agenda. There are no home care applications.
