In addition to our March 9 State Advocacy Day, HCA is asking HCA members to host their own virtual advocacy meetings during the month of March to discuss this year’s state budget.
This format allows you to meet lawmakers without coming to Albany. Plus, you are welcome to include as many staff as you’d like to help tell your organization’s story!
Using the resources linked below, simply locate your state Senator and Assembly member’s contact information, schedule a meeting on Zoom or another video conferencing platform, and discuss what this year’s budget proposals mean to you, your organization, staff and patients.

Once your meetings have concluded, please fill out our online form for each meeting. Individuals who meet with their legislators prior to March 12 and complete the form will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card.
