Our HCA-member virtual listening sessions (on Zoom) begin on Wednesday (July 15) with a first session for upstate providers, followed by three other regions on July 22, July 29 and August 5 (see below).
The listening sessions are designed to hear directly from members about a range of issues. While HCA’s member surveys in recent months have collected important information about the pressures you are facing in the COVID-19 emergency, now is the time for a more interactive discussion to dig deeper into your needs, experiences, concerns and feedback. We’ll also provide an update on non-COVID-19 policy issues, including the Albany and Washington legislative landscape as well as specific programmatic and regulatory issues.
Please RSVP today and come prepared with your questions and experiences. These sessions are all from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and you can choose any of the dates below on our online registration form. A Zoom link and access instructions will be sent to registrants in advance.
