The Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report is now due June 30, after being extended from its original deadline (May 1) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year’s report covers health care personnel employed by or affiliated with a facility or agency from October 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020.
The report may be accessed on the Health Electronic Response Data System (HERDS) via the Health Commerce System.
Due to the pandemic, there will not be penalties connected to the 2019-2020 Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report. However, the state Department of Health (DOH) encourages providers to complete the survey if they are able as this data is an integral part of the influenza program for DOH.
A pre-recorded webinar training session for the Vaccination Report is available here under the heading “Training.” The person completing the report should view the pre-recorded webinar and review all instructions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) before completing the report.
