In light of the rapidly changing situation relating to COVID-19, the state Department of Health (DOH) has postponed the remaining Home Care Cost Report Sessions, including ones scheduled for March 25, and April 1. These sessions had recently been changed from in-person to webinars.
DOH has said that it will continue to monitor the situation and will re-evaluate in a few weeks to reschedule these programs. In addition, DOH has agreed with HCA’s suggestion to extend the proposed June 30 due date for the Cost Report.
Those who already registered for the sessions were supposed to have received notice from DOH about the cancellations. However, we understand that the webinar host of the programs – Eventbrite – has been sending reminder notices even after the cancellation. Registrants should just ignore them.
