The next webinar in our Hospital-Home Care Collaboration Series, on November 5 at 4 p.m., will feature NYU Langone and Visiting Nurse Service of New York.

They will share their joint work to leverage Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) and eMOLST during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure patient preferences are honored, especially during a surge.

This session is the fourth webinar in a series as part of the “Statewide Hospital-Home Care Collaborative for COVID-19 and Beyond.” The Collaborative is funded by a grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, supporting the work of HCA Education and Research, the Health Care Association of New York State and Iroquois Healthcare Alliance in promoting home care and hospital collaborations through learning programs, resources and technical support.
