The state Department of Health (DOH) urgently reminds Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) that the 2019 LHCSA Statistical Report is due December 31.
As of last week, only 200 of the more than 1,000 statistical reports have been submitted. DOH has shared a list of those LHCSAs who have not submitted reports and HCA will be contacting our members on that list.

HCA has asked for an extension of the December 31 deadline, but DOH has refused to grant it.
