Last week, National Government Services (NGS), New York’s principal home health and hospice Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) announced its new provider content website: www.NGSMedicare.com.
NGS’s new website contains important content on issues such as: medical policies, claims and appeals, provider enrollment, overpayments, Medicare compliance, general news and upcoming education and webinars.
The NGSConnex provider portal has not changed. When user’s login to NGSConnex, they will see the same NGSConnex screens and features.
HCA members that have not already previewed NGS’s new website are encouraged to watch this video for an overview.
NGS is also hosting numerous webinars this week to answer questions about the new website. HCA members are encouraged to register for one of the webinars via NGS’s new website.
