The state Department of Health (DOH) reminds providers who administer COVID-19 vaccines that they must submit data to the New York State Immunization Information System (if outside of New York City) or the New York Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR) within 24 hours of vaccination. Providers should ensure that they are entering all patient demographic and vaccine information completely and without errors.
