Situation Report | October 13, 2020
The Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) met on October 8, 2020 and approved two applications.
These included:
- A Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) that serves Kings, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties seeking to acquire the assets of another CHHA and add Bronx, New York and Westchester counties to its operating certificate.
- A Special Needs CHHA that serves the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities population in Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens, Richmond and Suffolk counties seeking to acquire 100 percent membership interest in another Special Needs CHHA that serves the same population in the same counties.
