According to its newly-posted agenda, the Public Health and Health Planning Council Committee on Establishment and Project Review will be considering two home care applications on September 24:
- A Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) that serves Kings, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties proposes to acquire the assets of another CHHA and add Bronx, New York and Westchester counties to its operating certificate.
- A Special Needs CHHA that serves the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities population in Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens, Richmond and Suffolk counties proposes to acquire 100 percent membership interest in another Special Needs CHHA that serves the same population in the same counties.
