The state Department of Health (DOH) has posted the agenda for the November 19 meeting of the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) Committee on Establishment and Project Review.
It includes no home care applications and one application by an existing hospice to construct a new 14-bed inpatient facility in Dutchess County that will serve residents of Dutchess and Ulster counties.
