HCA is seeking input from agencies and hospices on how New York State’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate will impact the ongoing workforce shortage.
This brief, seven question survey, will take approximately three minutes to complete.
Responses are due by close of business on Monday, September 20.
All responses are confidential and will only be reported in the aggregate. If you operate more than one agency type, please submit a separate survey for each agency. For example, if you operate a certified home health agency or licensed home care services agency, you will submit two surveys.
HCA is continuing its push with Governor Kathy Hochul’s office, officials at the state Department of Health and other critical sources to urge action on concerns and recommended accommodations by HCA on the state’s vaccine mandate policy for home care and hospice workers, with related consequential impact on managed long term care plans. Your responses to this survey will be vital in our on-going discussions with the state.
