Living Resources
Capital Region-based Living Resources has named Elizabeth Martin as its new CEO, starting September 1, following the retirement of Fredrick Erlich, the founder and CEO of Living Resources for the past 46 years.
Martin has been the CEO of Consumer Directed Choices, Inc. since 2012. Under her leadership, Consumer Directed Choices nearly tripled its revenue and expanded its service area from 5 to 19 counties.

With Martin’s new appointment, Consumer Directed Choices has named its current CFO, Chris Graber, as interim CEO.
During his over nine-year tenure as CFO, Graber has improved operations and driven company growth.
VNA of Western New York
Visiting Nurse Association of Western New York President Judy Baumgartner has been appointed President of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Lisa Greisler, COO with the VNA, will succeed Baumgartner as President.
Baumgartner became VNA president in 2010. The organization has grown to 1,000 employees who see an average of 1,500 patients a day at the 135-year-old organization.
Greisler has led the clinical and operational direction for nursing, rehabilitation, home health and other services at the VNA for seven years.
VNA of Staten Island
The Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island (VNASI) has named Hope Iliceto as its President and CEO.
Iliceto is an RN who has had a long career in home health, starting at VNASI in 1984, according to a recent profile in the Staten Island Advance. She has also served as Vice President of Home Health and Hospice for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers of New York Home Health Care; Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children; and Chief Nursing Officer for New York City Health and Hospital’s home care agency.
