Free Members-Only Webinar on Paid Sick Leave: April 14

Governor Cuomo has signed legislation that guarantees paid sick leave and other protections for private and public employees placed under mandatory or precautionary quarantine issued by New York State, the state Department of Health, local boards of health, or any governmental entity due to COVID-19. The amount of leave is contingent upon the number of employees the employer had as of January 1, 2020, and the size of the employer. The new law took effect immediately.

Join employment law expert Elena DeFio Kean of Hinman Straub on April 14 (11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) for an update on the new COVID-19 emergency paid leave provisions.
