If you haven’t yet answered, please help double our rate of respondents to the HCA member “Needs and Challenges” survey, so that we have feedback from a thorough sample of Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs), Hospices, and Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans.
The survey deadline is tomorrow, October 6.
Your answers will inform the next steps in our strategic planning and advocacy on your behalf amid COVID-19, state/federal economic and budget issues, and major health system changes.
All individual survey answers will be kept strictly confidential and only reported in the aggregate. Please complete separate surveys for each organization type.
