Provider Agencies include Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA), Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSA), Personal Care Programs (PCP), Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCP), Home Attendant Programs (HA), Hospices, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans, and others.
HCA has created three separate dues categories for general provider agencies, for county-run provider agencies and for MLTCs. (See links below for applications.)
To become a Provider Member with HCA, you must be a provider agency that fits under one of the categories above.

Associate Members include consulting, legal and financial firms that serve home care providers or clients, but are not defined as home health care providers. HCA provides many ways for your firm to gain exposure to New York’s home care professionals. HCA’s Annual Home Care Meeting & Exhibition offers the largest home care exhibition in New York State, as well as advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, our educational sessions are ideal for Associate Members to learn state-of-the-art information, interact with potential clients, and possibly present as a guest speaker. Plus, our communications and information help you know the trends in the industry to best serve your clients.
Vendor Members include national providers of services related to home health care — including but not limited to durable medical equipment, supply companies, and computer software companies. Vendor members receive: discounted booth rates for HCA’s signature events; advance opportunity to secure HCA exhibit and sponsorship opportunities; and access to HCA information.
