2024 HCA Annual Conference

Our Annual Conference will give you new ideas, help you make valuable contacts and provide you with the tools to meet the demands of today and prepare you for the future. With timely sessions on artificial intelligence and health care, new opportunities for homecare in the evolving health system, expert insights on New York’s Master Plan on Aging and the1115 waiver, and leadership strategies for greater workforce satisfaction, each program is designed with one goal in mind: to bring your agency to the next level of health care.

This year, we are packing in all the fun and education over two days. Annual Conference will begin with our Board Meeting at 8 am Wednesday and conclude Thursday at 4 pm.

HCA has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Saratoga Hilton (534 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866), which is the site of this year’s conference. Rooms are assigned on a first come first served basis and are available for the evenings of Tuesday May 7 and Wednesday May 8.

The room rate is $186 per night and the cut off to make your reservation ends Friday, April 5.
