The state Department of Health (DOH) has posted the 2024 Medicaid levels for the “medically needy” population (aged, blind and disabled individuals).
Income:
Individuals – $1,677; Couples – $2,268
Resources:
Individuals – $30,182; Couples – $40,821
In addition, the home equity limit for Medicaid coverage of nursing facility services and community-based long-term care is $1,071,000.00.
These amounts are in effect until the federal poverty levels for 2024 are published in the Federal Register.
