Beginning October 2021, the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will resume some provider enrollment activities that were paused during the COVID-19 public health emergency, including:
- Application Fees
- Criminal background checks associated with fingerprint-based criminal background checks
- Revalidation
