The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), The Compliance Team, and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy for initial recognition as national accrediting organizations for home infusion therapy suppliers in the Medicare program.
CHAP’s approval is for September 25, 2020 to September 25, 2024, The Compliance Team is for October 1, 2020 through October 1, 2024, while the approval for the Pharmacy Board is for September 26, 2020 through September 26, 2024.
