This workshop provides the nation’s best education for learning and refining your OASIS coding knowledge, with focus on the new OASIS-E items and evolving guidance. This workshop is developed, continually updated, and presented by the OASIS Answers’ Blueprint Team. The training is targeted to field clinicians, clinical supervisors, OASIS educators and reviewers/auditors, quality improvement staff, and those preparing for the COS-C exam.

Megan Bernier, MSPT RAC-CT COS-C
Present Position: OASIS Answers, Inc. – Post- Acute Care Senior Clinical Manager
Megan is a physical therapist with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. She has worked in the Home Health industry since 2010 in advancing supervisory and administrative positions in Home Health quality improvement, regulatory compliance, operations and clinical assessment and documentation. She excels in provider education, and is a seasoned developer for CMS post-acute care guidance manuals and provider Q&A/FAQ documents. Megan manages multiple CMS help desks for the post-acute care settings of Home Health (including Home Health Value-Based Purchasing), Skilled Nursing Facilities, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, and Long-Term Care Hospitals Quality Reporting Programs. She is an educator and member of the Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy presenter team. Megan holds the Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) designation and serves as a Post-Acute Care Senior Clinical Manager with OASIS Answers, Inc.
Kerry Termine, DPT HCS-D COS-C
Present Position: OASIS Answers, Inc. – Senior Clinical Lead
Kerry is a physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has worked in the home health industry since 2007, in advancing roles supporting coding and documentation for compliance and quality. She has over 15 years of experience conducting detailed reviews of clinical documentation for home health and hospice providers, focusing on OASIS and diagnosis coding accuracy, as well as regulatory compliance and documentation to support Medicare coverage. Kerry currently supports OASIS Answers’ CMS PAC contracts, leading public reporting and quality measure reports work, and supporting guidance manual and CMS help desks. Kerry holds the Home Care Coding Specialist – Diagnosis (HCS-D) and the Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) designations and is a member of the Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy presenter team. She is a Senior Clinical Lead with OASIS Answers, Inc.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be issued for those that cancel the workshop by October 18, less a 25% administrative fee. Substitutions are permitted for the workshop. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at info@hcanys.org.
