The Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) at the School of Public Health, State University of New York at Albany is conducting its annual survey to gather information on health workforce employment.
HCA encourages providers to participate in the survey here by January 15, 2021.
CHWS monitors annual health care employment trends in New York State, issuing a report each year on Health Care Workforce in New York: Trends in the Supply and Demand for Health Workers. The most recent report can be found at www.chwsny.org.
The primary purpose of this brief survey is to better understand the current recruitment and retention problems faced by home health care agencies. Some of the answers will be shared with the state Department of Health and federal agencies as part of a mandatory statewide needs assessment.
CHWS worked with HCA and several other partner associations to ensure that the questions asked in this survey reflect issues currently relevant to you.
