The Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Applicable Billing Codes have been updated to include the following Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Children’s Waiver rate and procedure codes.
Rate Codes:
- 8025 Planned Respite — Individual (12-24 hours)
- 8026 Planned Respite — Group (6-12 hours)
Procedure Code:
- S5150 Planned Respite Individual per diem over 6 hours
- Modifiers: HA, HK, HQ
