The U.S Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has recently made available a draft OASIS-E All Items Instrument in the downloads section of the OASIS Data Sets website here.
OASIS-E will be effective January 1, 2021. Please note the instrument is not yet final. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval is required, and expected later this year.
