The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will be hosting a webinar on April 15, 2021 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on changes to the Hospice Item Set (HIS) Manual Version 3.00. Topics will include:
- The Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) requirements.
- Changes in Hospice Item Set (HIS) Manual Version 3.00.
- The data sources that will comprise the HQRP.
- The new quality measure created from administrative data (Medicare claims).
- Other HQRP resources.
