Situation Report | January 3, 2022
The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Final Summative Evaluation Report, required by the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) of New York’s Section 1115 Demonstration.
CMS determined that the Evaluation Report, submitted on August 10, 2021, is in alignment with the approved Evaluation Design and the requirements set forth in the STCs, and therefore, approved the state’s DSRIP Final Summative Evaluation Report.
