The National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) is again coordinating with the Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) on its Home Care and Hospice Salary & Benefits study.
Home care organizations who complete the salary-and-benefits questionnaire for this study will get a half-price discount on the final reports.
These final reports, published in October, are recognized as the authoritative source for comprehensive home health and hospice marketplace data. Last year’s reports included 1,049 home health agencies with marketplace data for 60 jobs and 21 fringe benefits.
The results also cover job data by salary, hourly, and per-visit rates. Planned salary increases, turnover, caseload, and shift differential data are also covered.
The questionnaire due date is August 2.

- Download the questionnaire from the HCS website.
- E-mail Rosanne Zabka of HCS at RZabka@hhcsinc.com to confirm your planned participation.
- E-mail your completed questionnaire to Rosanne Zabka by August 2.
The pre-paid participant rate for the final salary-and-benefits reports is $185 (payment due by August 31); the billed participant rate is $205. The nonparticipant rate is $375.
