Join HCA in welcoming “Alex” Fitz Blais to the HCA Team.
Alex joined HCA on November 15 as our Chief of External & Strategic Affairs. Alex will lead the Association’s communications and external relations initiatives, spearhead key strategic initiatives and play collaborative roles in the HCA policy, education and research team efforts.
Alex comes to HCA after serving as chief of staff at the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) where she was responsible for the oversight of NYeC’s overall organizational performance, efficiency and success across their portfolio of critical strategic objectives and commitments. She also led NYeC’s advocacy initiatives, all external affairs efforts and governance. HCA welcomes back Alex after serving as director of public policy at HCA prior to her position at NYeC.
Alex has a Master’s in Public Health, and a Bachelors in Psychology and Education, holding several previous roles addressing physical and behavioral health and community-based services for various high-risk target populations.
