Details: Join HCA, Sepsis Alliance, and subject matter experts to learn about the most common infections in home care and become familiar with a new resource toolkit to be utilized with patients, families, and caregivers!
We can not prevent all infections, but we can help our patients, their families, and caregivers become familiar with the risk factors, signs, and symptoms, and provide resources so they know what to do in the event of infection or emergency.
