HCA co-chairs a subcommittee of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association (HHFMA) to develop a survey assessing the home care experience with Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.
NAHC is asking home health providers that contract with MA plans to complete this survey. It is estimated to take about 10-15 minutes.
Responses will be kept strictly confidential for use by NAHC and HHFMA to support successful plan-provider relationships, and to inform related policy needs and recommendations.
HCA encourages all home care agencies partnering with Medicare Advantage plans, regardless of whether you are a member of NAHC, to contribute your input in this important survey.
