The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board is developing a new online business information system called OnBoard. This system will eventually replace the Board’s paper-based claims systems, such as eCase.
In November, the Board held an introductory webinar on the new system’s limited release. Recordings and slide decks from these sessions are here.
Based on feedback and questions from these sessions, the Board has developed a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) document for health care providers and a fact sheet.
