Situation Report | November 22, 2021
As a reminder, the supporting documentation for the 2020 Home Care Cost Report is due today, November 22. The state Department of Health (DOH) issued a communication to all home care providers that states the following:
- All supporting documentation must be uploaded via the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) site. Supporting documentation must be uploaded for all cost report schedules.
- This site is different from the Web-based Tool where the cost report submission is completed. The SFTP site can be accessed here. The site is also linked within the “Documentation Requests” tab of the Web-based Tool.
- The login credentials for the SFTP site are different than the Web-based Tool login credentials. If you did not receive SFTP site login credentials, please send an inquiry to the KPMG Home Care Cost Report Mailbox.
Providers should review the DOH email for additional important information.
