The state Department of Health (DOH) has announced that the May 1, 2020 deadline to submit the Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report has been extended due to COVID-19. The new date will be disclosed at a later time.
The report still includes data on health care personnel employed by or affiliated with your agency from October 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 (these dates remain the same). The report is found in the Health Electronic Response Data System (HERDS) on the Health Commerce System (HCS).
