HCA reminds members that October 31 is the last day to submit information about staff who qualify for the Health Care Worker Bonus Program during Vesting Period 2. Vesting Period 2 covers those employed during the period April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
The state Department of Health (DOH) is also allowing employers to submit bonus information for employees who worked from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 (Vesting Period 1) as some entities were unable to submit information by the September 2 deadline.
