On August 17, the State Department of Health posted information on the long-awaited application for use in connection with (1) Changes of Ownership (CHOW) of existing Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) and (2) establishment of a new LHCSA.

- The Application process;
- The new “public need” methodology;
