HCA reminds all members (CHHAs, LHCSAs, MLTCs and Hospice) to answer an important statewide survey that will inform the next steps in our strategic planning and advocacy on your behalf amid COVID-19, state/federal economic and budget issues, and major health system changes.
You can access and answer the survey online here. Please complete the survey by October 6, 2020 at close of business. (Note: to read/print the survey before completing it online, you can also download a PDF version here.)
Results will help inform the prioritization of key needs and action steps on your behalf. Your answers will shape and influence this process.
Over the summer, HCA held a series of regional Zoom briefings where we heard from members about key areas of need. Our survey complements and builds upon that vehicle for input on issues like workforce, programs and services, regulatory flexibility, financing, and operations.
All individual survey answers will be kept strictly confidential and only reported in the aggregate.
Please complete separate surveys for each organization type, as explained in the instructions on the survey link (i.e., if you have a CHHA and a LHCSA, please complete two surveys).
