In this first gathering of the year for HCA’s Home Health, Hospice, MLTC financial leaders, we have a robust program that hits key need-to-know topics. Attendees will get the latest news on the status and implications of the Governor’s proposed 2024-25 Executive Budget for home health and hospice, as well as fiscal intermediaries in the Consumer Directed Program and Medicaid Long Term Care Plans (MLTCPs). HCA will also provide updates on our state and federal advocacy efforts on issues that impact your financial bottom lines.
Attendees will also receive updates from the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) on their Medicaid Self-Disclosure Program that impact both Providers and Plans, the Department of Health (DOH) Office of Health Insurance Plans on rate adjustments that impacts MLTC plans directly and providers that contract with them. HCA’s Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) members will receive an update on how providers in New York are doing in the Medicare Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) program and ways to improve your performance. HCA also has a session specifically designed for our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) members on timely labor law issues including wage parity and minimum wage requirements, as well as the latest on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and much more.
As HCA’s Vice President of Finance & Management, I strongly encourage all our Finance Leaders and CEO’s to register for this terrific program.
