    HCANYS (colloquially known as “HCA”) is New York State’s premier Home Care organization. We are an advocate for quality, community-based care, representing hundreds of dedicated providers and home care workers and communicating with policymakers in Albany and Washington. We’re a resource for information, providing professional development, education and training opportunities for our members. Our mission is to promote and enhance the quality and accessibility for health care and support at home.

    Representing hundreds of dedicated organizations and thousands of staff committed to the delivery of healthcare and support services in homes and communities across all regions of New York State, HCANYS brings unmatched insight and depth of knowledge to a complex and evolving landscape.

    HCANYS serves as a conduit for advancement of the industry’s position by leveraging public and philanthropic investment opportunities to highlight and expand the sector’s value and reach. As such, the Association's affiliate entity, HCA Education & Research, endeavors to do just that.


    / Educate

    The Association delivers a portfolio of industry-leading Signature Events as well as ongoing education and training opportunities in-person and virtually for the membership & beyond through its affiliate, HCA Education & Research (HCA E&R).
