The mission of HCA E&R is to foster and strengthen education and research regarding home health and related support services.

Education is concentrated in four focus areas: operations, compliance, quality and thought leadership.

Research is focused on workforce, industry trends and challenges, program innovation and collaboration, and critical tools and resources.

Our Signature events contain timely and relevant expert content in the four focus areas with specific attention to the cross-cutting issues of workforce, technology, policy and regulatory changes, collaboration and partnership building, and data collection and analysis.

E&R supplemental programs and initiatives throughout the year nimbly respond to the dynamic nature of the industry trends and challenges and serve to advance HCA’s strategic priorities and goals.
