HCA Member Forums Drawing Critical Engagement, Strategic Planning 

Situation Report | November 22, 2021 

Throughout November, HCA conducted member forums for each category of our service member organizations. November Forums have been held for: Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs); Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs); Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) plans; and hospices.  

The discussions have provided critical exchange and input to HCA as well as directly between members on key issues of workforce, finance, the pandemic, federal Medicare, Medicaid and CMS regulatory developments, state regulatory needs and other provider/plan-identified priorities. 

HCA has significantly incorporated this extremely timely forum input in our program, advocacy, education, communications and strategic initiatives, both ongoing, and in the planning process. 

HCA’s broad membership range (provider, program, health plan) provides unmatched resource, field-level input and expertise in this sector, and we strongly encouraging continued, widest possible participation in these forums ahead in December and into 2022.
